As a Seattle Boot Camp coach and motivator, owner Jill has a unique connection with her audience that stems from her own personal athletic experiences. She played Div I college soccer, 2 seasons semi-pro soccer, ran 6 marathons, a half ironman, and dozens of triathlons. She loves the role of being a coach to her clients and helping them reach fitness achievements through hard work and dedication. In boot camp classes, the trainers bring a highly contagious and inspiring personality along with creative workouts and unique exercises. She never repeats the same workout and you never know what to expect other than it will be FUN!
