So come and join us for achieving your fitness goal.  Summer classes move outside June – September.


Fitness Revolution trainers are educated and certified.  They get you out of your rut with a different workout every day. Over the course of a year, you’ll enjoy 300 different workouts composed of nearly 100 different movements. Every muscle, bone, joint and ligament will receive stimulation.  While providing high intensity workouts, the #1 priority of Fitness Revolution trainers is to provide a sweaty workout while preventing injury.
