Jill Bruyere (Owner, Instructor)
Born and raised in western Washington and exposed to fitness early through an intense competitive soccer background, Jill began her passion for health and fitness at an early age. This lead Jill to formal academic studies in Exercise Physiology at the University of New Mexico where she also played Division I soccer on scholarship. She then progressed on to receive her Master’s degree in Sports Leadership from the University of Washington.
Jill trained for 11 years at the Washington Athletic Club before striking out on her own and starting Fitness Revolution in West Seattle in 2010. She has taken her years of experience and wrote her very own book “Blast Fat Fast”, a health and fitness book that is sold in local book stores and on Amazon. In addition to training clients and appearing for book signing events, Jill teaches two health science courses at South Seattle College.
“My true passion in the fitness industry is to educate, motivate, inspire, and train people to get in the best shape of their life and to train for longevity. My priorities when it comes to my clients are to make sure they are being challenged but also remain injury free.”

Fitness Coach Leon Leidy
I am retired from the Navy and have worked in the private sector for over 15 years. During my teens and twenties, I played football, basketball, softball, and ran track. I became involved in martial arts in my late twenties and continued in my thirties, in which I earned a second degree black belt in Karate. After spending 6 years in sales, I decided it was time to get back to doing the things that I really enjoy. I attended the National Personal Training Institute in Renton and was trained and certified as a personal trainer. During that period, I reduced my body fat by 8% and significantly improved my overall fitness.
If you are a working professional, retired, or just not in the physical shape that you desire, I will work with you to get back into shape, obtain your goals, and enable you to enjoy a happier and healthier life!
